Até youtube está no meio... acho que temos que por mais vídeos de Perl no youtube :P

Esse eu juro que não entendi. C# caiu 1 posição junto com Perl, e C# é um vencedor e o Perl é o grande perdedor O.o (Nada tendencioso :P)
